St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London Launches Suite to Seat Experiences in Partnership with Eurostar

One of London’s most iconic landmarks, St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London has announced a new and exciting partnership with Eurostar, the high-speed passenger rail service linking the UK with mainland Europe.
The exclusive ‘Suite to Seat’ and ‘Seat to Suite’ experiences will offer a seamless transfer service for hotel guests travelling to and from London St Pancras International station on a Eurostar train. Guests staying in any of the 38 Chambers Suites are entitled to this complimentary service that whisks them from chamber to carriage and vice versa.
Offering the ultimate international train travel experience, guests travelling from London will be greeted at their suite and personally escorted to their train by VIP escort, with all luggage taken care of. Guests arriving into London will be met outside their train carriage by a VIP escort with a luggage trolley and whisked to their suite. This unique service is complimentary to any guest staying in a Chambers Suite and travelling on a Eurostar train between 7.30am and 10pm.
The 38 Chambers Suites are the epitome of contemporary luxury encased in lavish Victorian grandeur. Each suite is bespoke with a character all of its own, restored to its former glory and some with views across London St. Pancras International station. With access to the exclusive Chambers Club, guests can indulge in complimentary refreshments including breakfast, snacks, evening canapés and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, served in opulent yet relaxing surroundings.
Ahead of travelling, Eurostar customers booked in Business Premier or Carte Blanche/Etoile holders will be able to use SmartCheck, a contactless fast-track facial biometric check-in system. These passengers can save time and avoid queues, by downloading the SmartCheck iProov.me app and securely enrolling their ticket, passport and face before they travel. The result is a contactless, ticketless, and secure travel experience that enhances the overall passenger journey.
