AC Hotels by Marriott^® has announced its brand debut in Croatia with the opening of AC Hotel by Marriott Split. Housed on the high floors of the 135-metre-high Westgate Tower with spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and Split’s unique cityscape, the new hotel is set to offer The Perfectly Precise Hotel™ experience for all guests. Designed by renowned architect Otto Barić and Croatia-based interior designer firm Atellior Studio, AC Hotel by Marriott Split takes shape with clean modern lines and aesthetically proportioned spaces decorated with a warm, soothing colour palette and furnishings in natural materials such as oak and patinated brass. The 214 guestrooms feature a contemporary, minimalistic design, offering plenty of room for travellers. Contrasting old and new, a 1700-year-old Roman aqueduct runs throughout the property. There are two restaurants and bars, Laureto Restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine and Cumano Bar offering the brand’s signature AC Gin & Tonic and creative cocktails. Other facilities include the AC Lounge, a gym and 178 SPA featuring an indoor pool, sauna and steam room.

MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL SIGNS AGREEMENT TO BRING AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION HOTELS TO ALULA IN SAUDI ARABIA

 

 

 

 

Marriott International has signed an agreement with AlUla Development Company (UDC), fully owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) to open an Autograph Collection property in Saudi Arabia. Expected to open in 2025, the hotel will be situated in the heart of downtown AlUla, adjacent to the AlUla Museum and opposite the AlUla Farmer's Market. The hotel is anticipated to feature 250 guestrooms and suites, and extensive recreational and entertainment offerings including four dining venues, a spa, swimming pool, fitness centre, meeting facilities, business centre and retail space. Located in north-west Saudi Arabia, AlUla offers adventure and exploration. The vast area offers a lush oasis valley, towering sandstone mountains and ancient cultural heritage sites dating back thousands of years.
