Arielle serves as the Chief Lodging Products Officer (CLPO) for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Marriott International (MI).

In this role, she leads a team responsible for defining, designing, and delivering exceptional products and services to over 1,200 hotels across 78 countries and territories in the EMEA. Her team manages the entire end-to-end process, from shaping brand strategies and tailoring them for the local market to designing and constructing properties across the continent. They also curate on-property experiences and services while establishing and upholding performance standards that ensure the success of Marriott’s hotels.

Arielle began her Marriott journey in 1999 as an analyst in Strategic Planning at the company’s Corporate Headquarters in Washington, DC. Over the years, she has held multiple leadership roles, spearheading transformation initiatives and large-scale strategy projects across various disciplines, including Operations, Brand, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Legal, and Development.

In 2011, Arielle relocated to London as Vice President, Brand Support, where she led the creation of the new European prototype for the Courtyard brand. The following year, she assumed responsibility for all planning and transformation efforts in Europe, culminating in the Starwood merger integration, during which she was named Chief Planning & IT Officer, Europe, in 2017. By 2020, she had expanded her scope to include the Middle East and Africa as Chief Lodging Services Officer where she focused on leading a large, cross-disciplinary team responsible for designing the programs and tools needed to improve property operational performance, drive service and loyalty, improve product, and enhance profitability. In 2025, Arielle’s scope of work further expanded when she assumed her current role and welcomed the Brand and Global Design teams into her larger team.

Arielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and International Business from Georgetown University, Washington, and an MBA in Corporate Growth and Entrepreneurship from HEC School of Management, Paris. Born in Saudi Arabia, Arielle is French-American, as well as an avid equestrian, gardener, foodie, traveler and ‘bon vivant.’
